Baking With Spirit: The March Challenge

This month's Baking With Spirit theme naturally leads on from February's challenge, light coloured spirits (round up coming soon). We've done light spirits, so now let's bake with dark spirits!

Dark spirits include amaretto, whisky, spiced rum, gold tequila and kahlua. There is a handy list of dark spirits on the government's drink aware website, but a general guide is that if it isn't colourless it's probably ok.

Here are the rules (find a comprehensive list here):
  1. Make something food-related containing a dark spirit.
  2. Write a post about it on your blog, link back to Cake Of The Week and mention Baking With Spirit.
  3. Email the link to me at cakeoftheweek@hotmail.co.uk and include your name, your blog and the photo you want me to use in the round-up. If you tweet me @CakeOfTheWeek and/or use #bakingwithspirit I will endeavour to retweet!
  4. The deadline is midnight on the 28th.
Don't forget that The Food Blog Diary is a handy site where a lot of the UK blogging challenges are collated into a list. It makes it a whole lot easier to remember what to enter when!
