Baking With Spirit: The Bailey's Edition Round Up

The best conclusion I can make from this month' entries is that baking with Bailey's can only lead to good things. Take a look for yourself, if you're not convinced:

I kicked off the month's entries with these delicious Raspberry Cupcakes With Bailey's Icing. Perfect for any dinner party or sugar binge.

Right at my heels was Ellen from Bake It With Booze, who made these swoon-inducing Irish Brownie Bites, made with Bailey's, Irish whiskey and there's half a Lindor truffle pressed into each bit of brownie before cooking. Someone get me a fan!

Gill at Tales Of Pigling Bland made these St Patrick's Day themed Irish Cream And Irish Coffee Fake Oreos. This is a brilliant twist on the standard Oreo in my opinion, and I love the green colour that Gill gave the icing.

Having told me that Bailey's and cheesecake is a match made in heaven, Craig at The Usual Saucepans made this Dark Chocolate and Bailey's Non-Baked Cheesecake. He had a bit of trouble with it setting and left it in the freezer for a little too long, but I expect it tasted just as good frozen.

If you're interested in joining in with next month's challenge, tune in on Monday to see what I've got in store for you. I've added an email subscription feature to the site to make it even easier to keep up to date with new posts, so there are no excuses for missing them!
